GO.38 Telangana PRC AAS 6/12/18/24 Years GO

Public Services – Recommendations of 10th Pay Revision Commission- Implementation of Automatic Advancement Scheme –Orders – Issued. G.O.MS.No. 38 Dated: 15-04-2015

  • i. The existing Special Grade, SPP-IA/ SAPP-IA /SPP-IB /SAPP-IB/ SPPII/SAPP-II shall be continued with the Special Grade after 6 years, SPPIA/SAPP-IA after 12 years, SPP-IB/SAPP-IB after 18 years and SPPII/SAPP-II after 24 years.
  • ii. If service rules are changed prescribing additional qualifications for promotion after the entry of the individual into service, thereby depriving him of the benefit of promotion and consequently to the benefits of Special Promotion Post Scale-I A&B/ Special Promotion Post Scales-II, he/she shall be given the benefit of the next scale contemplated under the Special Adhoc Promotion Post Scale-IA & IB and SAPP-II.
  • iii. The benefit of pay fixation under F.R.22-B be continued on promotion even if the employee had derived the benefit under SG or SPP I-A and SPP I-B and if this results in the senior drawing less pay than the junior the pay of the senior be stepped up to that of the junior subject to the conditions enumerated in G.O.Ms. No.297, Fin. (PRC-I) Dept., dated: 25-10-1983.
  • iv. Where service rules are relaxed to enable regular promotion, they should be automatically extended to the Automatic Advancement Scheme for purposes of extending the benefit of SPP-IA / SPP-II.
  • v. In certain categories like Attender, Dafedar, Jamedar and Record Assistants or Roneo Operators, it was decided that the services rendered by them in these categories together shall be reckoned for purpose of Automatic Advancement Scheme.
  • vi. The benefit of Automatic Advancement Scheme shall be continued up to and inclusive of Grade-XXV in the revised scales i.e., Rs.49,870-1,00,770.

LOANS AND ADVANCES—House Building Advance- Recommendation of Tenth Pay Revision Commission - Admissibility in Revised Pay Scales, 2015- Accepted - Orders– Issued. Government, after careful consideration of the recommendations of the Tenth Pay Revision Commission and in modification of the orders issued in Government order G.O.Ms.No.174, Finance (A&L) Department, dt:15-05-2010., hereby enhance the existing ceiling of House Building Advance to the State Government employees, for the purchase of ready built house/ flat, for purchase of site-cum-construction of new house/ flat and for the construction of new house/ flat on the site already owned by the employee as follows

GO.1521 Dated 8.4.15 Model Fixation released by Finance Department

Establishment – Gazetted – Revision of pay scales – Fixation of pay of Sri S.S. Sudhakar, Section Officer in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 – Orders – Issued. G.O.RT.No. 1521. Dated:08-04-2015

Read the following:

1. G.O.Ms. No.25, Finance (HRM.IV) Department dated.18.03.2015.
2. Circular Memo. No.68/1/A1/HRM.IV/2014, Dated:04.04.2015.
3. Option of Sri S.S. Sudhakar, Section Officer, dated.07.4.2015.

O R D E R:

In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above,  instructions issued in the reference second read above and the option of Sri .S. Sudhakar, Section Officer submitted vide reference third read above, his pay is hereby fixed in the Revised Pay Scales 2015, at Rs.58,330/- in the category of Section Officer from 01.07.2013, the post held by him as on that date, in the pay scale of Rs.37100-1030-39160-1110-42490-1190-46060-1270-49870-1360-53950-1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-91450. He is sanctioned periodical increment  w.e.f., from 1.8.2013 raising his pay from Rs.58,330/- to Rs.59,890/-.

2. On completion of six years of service in the category of Section Officer the  individual is appointed to the Post of Section Officer (SG) w.e.f.,08-08-2013 and his pay is regulated from Rs.59,790/- to Rs.61,450/- in the Special Grade Scale of Rs.40270-1110-42490 - 1190-46060-1270-49870-1360-53950-1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-91450-2330-93780/- in RPS, 2015. He is sanctioned periodical increment w.e.f., from 1.8.2014 raising his pay from Rs.61,450/- to Rs.63,010/-.

3. The above fixation is notional from 1.7.2013. Separate orders in respect of arrears of above pay fixation from 02.06.2014 to 28.02.2015 shall be issued by Finance (HRM.IV) Department, as and when orders are issued by them, the Finance (OP.II) Department shall take necessary action. The arrears of the above pay fixation for the month of March, 2015 shall be credited to the individual’s bank account through ECS and the salary shall be claimed in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 thereafter.

4. Finance (OP.II) Department are requested to draw and credit the difference of salary, if any, to the individual’s Bank Account through ECS as a result of the above pay fixation.

5. The above individual is informed that if it comes to light that any excess amount is paid due to any wrong pay fixation, such pay fixation shall be revised and the excess amount so paid shall be recovered from his salary without any notice.

GO.33 Telangana Pensioners PRC 2015 GO

GO.33 Dated 7th Apri 2015 ENSIONS - Sanction of Consolidated of Pension/Family Pension to Pensioners retired in the pre-revised scales of Pay, 2015 - Enhancement of Financial Assistance- Enhancement of Minimum Pension to Pensioners & Family pensioners - Orders- issued. These orders are applicable to:
(1) All Government Pensioners governed by A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980.
(i) Who retired or died prior to 01.07.2013.
(ii) Those who retired or died between 01.07.2013 and 01.06.2014 without the benefit of Revised Pay Scales,2015.
(iii) Those who retired prior to 01.01.1996 drawing UGC pay scales and whose pension was ordered to be consolidated in the light of orders issued in G.O (P) No.95 Finance (Pen.I) Department dated 01.08.2000.
(iv) Provisional Pensioners and Anticipatory Pensioners.
